At ChanderiThread, we take pride in delivering authentic handloom Chanderi sarees. Every product is carefully woven and checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied, here’s our Return & Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Sarees with custom blouse stitching, falls, or alterations cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.
Exchanges
- We offer exchange for size/variant only if stock is available.
Shipping for Returns
- If the product is defective/incorrect, return shipping is free.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
