Refund and Returns Policy

At ChanderiThread, we take pride in delivering authentic handloom Chanderi sarees. Every product is carefully woven and checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied, here’s our Return & Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged or defective.
    • You received the wrong item.
    • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Sarees with custom blouse stitching, falls, or alterations cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchange for size/variant only if stock is available.

Shipping for Returns

  • If the product is defective/incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
